What is the exchange and return terms?

You may request for an exchange within 14 days of your invoice date, subject to the stock availability. 

 

​The exchange reasons must be only from the following listed below:

1. Size does not fit

2. Item is stained

3. Item is torned

The return or exchange shipping cost is to be borne by the buyer themselves. The returned items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise with all original tags attached to the merchandise.

Returns or exchange can only be made one time per order number and must include the invoice slip.

We will not accept incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered returns, or anything that we believe has been used. However, damaged merchandise due to wear and tear are not considered to be faulty or defective.

STRICTLY NO exchange for Mark Down, and Stock Clearance items.

Should the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, you may choose to exchange any other item available. If the exchange item is higher price than the returned item, you will have to pay for the price difference. On the other hand, should the exchange item's price is lower, NO CASH or CREDIT refund will apply.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Please keep the tracking code with you in case we shall need them for reference.

 

We reserves the right to reject any request to mail these items alongside with a new order. All returns are final and further requests will be denied.

Color of products may varies due to studio lighting used and please allow 20% of color variation in real product as compared to actual products. It may appear darker or lighter. Exchanges due to this reason will be charged a processing fee of RM10.

How can I make a refund?

We do not support any refund at the moment. We did few QC before shipping out to make sure the goods are in good condition. 

The QC is done to avoid unnecessary processes after the payment made and after the goods are received by our customer. 

Please make sure you have your heart set on your purchases as all sales are final. 

 

Items are sold on a first paid, first served basis. If your item is sold out by the time your payment has been made, you may change your order to another item. Strictly no refunds allowed.

 

Orders cancelled after payment is non-refundable.
